In the Name of the Father ✠
and of the Son ✠
and of the Holy Ghost ✠
Amen.
With your right hand touch your forehead (at the mention of the Father), then your chest (at the mention of the Son), then your shoulders from left to right (at the mention of the Holy Ghost) when saying this prayer.
This prayer ought to be said before and after all others.
“Let us not be ashamed to confess the Crucified. Let the cross be our seal, made with boldness by our fingers on our brow and on everything.”
